Barley Creek Brewing Company
The Barley Creek Brewing Company has been making craft beer in the Poconos for over two decades. It was the first microbrewery in the Pocono Mountains since Prohibition. This has given them plenty of time to hone their skills, and they offer many different styles of beer, from light lagers to rich stouts. All of the beer on tap is brewed onsite, ensuring top-notch quality. If you’d like a free tasting and more insight into the process, take a tour of Barley Creek Brewing Company’s facilities, offered daily at 12:30 p.m. Barley Creek also runs a small-batch distillery that makes whiskey, rum, and other liquors, and has a menu filled with delicious options for pub fare.

Enjoy fresh cold brews alongside piping hot, wood-fired pizza and homemade pasta at Pocono Brewery Company. Wallenpaupack Brewing Company
This laid-back brewery recently set up shop in Hawley, but this has not limited the range or the quality of the brews that you’ll find here! Grab a bite to eat from their food menu and choose between sitting indoors or outside if the weather is nice. Wallenpaupack Brewing Company’s beer menu switches up often, so there will be a nice variety on tap no matter when you visit. Pocono Beverage Trail
If you’d like a complete experience of the libations available here, consider following the Pocono Beverage Trail. It’s a beer, wine, and spirits trail all in one. Once you purchase a Pocono Beverage Trail passport, you can try a $5 tasting at any of the locations on the beverage trail, and your first five tastings are free. You can visit sites on the beverage trail in any order you wish.
Pocono Pub Tour
If you’re looking for a tour that takes you to multiple Poconos breweries, the Pocono Pub Tour by Pocono Daytripper has you covered. They will drive to you to three different locations that serve up great brews. This is a safe way to experience multiple pubs in one evening. They also offer a wine tour that partners with members of the Pocono wine trail for some of the best wine tastings in the area.
