You’ll need plenty of energy for your days full of adventure in the Poconos, and we can help. Starting soon after sunrise the smells of breakfast will begin wafting through the building. Follow your nose down to the Main Dining Room and choose a table.

We will start you off with coffee or tea and a carafe of juice. Each guest has their choice of menu items encompassing both sweet and savory items. Although menu options change several times a year, some examples include Baked Eggs with Sauteed Spinach and a Parmesan Cheese Sauce, Brioche French Toast with a Banana Foster Sauce, Southwestern Egg Scramble with Fresh Salsa, or Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes. All meals are served with your choice of Breakfast Potatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Pork Sausage Links, or Turkey Sausage Patties. You’ll also want to leave room for thick slices of Farmhouse-style Flour-topped White or Wheatberry Toast accompanied by handcrafted jellies and jams from Marty’s Home Kitchen. This cooked-to-order breakfast is served for our guests at their convenience between 8:00am and 10:00am.

We strive to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies that our guests may have. Please be sure to tell us about these in advance of your stay, so that the proper ingredients can be on hand.

For our early risers…the Coffee Shop has fresh-brewed, locally roasted coffee starting at 7:00am each morning. Choose from one of the six daily coffee brews or over fifteen varieties of loose leaf tea. Our baristas are also on hand if you would rather enjoy a hot cocoa, latte, cappuccino or other espresso-based drink.
