1. Blue Shamrock Golf Club

Blue Shamrock Golf Club is the perfect course for players of any skill level! You’ll find a practice range and four sets of tees here that vary in yard length to accommodate all golfers. 2. Great Bear Golf Club

The course at Great Bear Golf Club is the only one Northeast Pennsylvania that boasts the distinction of having Jack Nicklaus, aka the Golden Bear, as its designer! The course integrates three lakes, streams, wetlands, small bridges, and gently sloping hills. The changing landscape presents you with a course that blends golf and aesthetics seamlessly.

3. Hideaway Hills Golf Club

Island Green at Hideaway Hills Golf Club is an 18-hole course with four lovely lakes, elevation changes, and more than 60 sand traps. It’s quite a scenic course, flanked by trees and blue sky, making for a game that’s equal parts inspiring and challenging. 

4. Jack Frost National

Head to Jack Frost National for fantastic views of the forest and mountains that are so unique to the Poconos! This Poconos golf club is on the crest of Jack Frost Mountain, a spectacular location for taking in the scenery. A trip to this course in the fall is especially breathtaking thanks to the Poconos fall foliage!

5. Mountain Valley Golf Course

6. Shawnee Inn Golf Resort

The Shawnee Inn Golf Course is uniquely flat in this mountainous area. It’s anomalous landscape is just one unique aspect of this course! Another interesting feature is that 24 out of its 27 holes are on an island in the middle of the Delaware River. 

7. Split Rock

Split Rock is a 27-hole championship golf course with naturally undulating fairways and demanding water hazards. You can also attend a lesson or clinic if you would like focused instruction.  

8. White Birch Golf Course

The 27-hole White Birch Golf Course used to be a dairy farm. Now, it’s 120 acres of challenging greenway with its rolling hills and strong north winds. Its location near Poconos state parks makes for a great backdrop.
