Tucked away on the third floor of Mountaintop Lodge at Lake Naomi you’ll find Loft King Suite #10 – “Summer”.
If you are looking for a private suite for your romantic Poconos weekend …this is the room for you. Being located both on the third floor and on the back side of the house helps eliminate the sounds of traffic and other guests. Two windows overlook the backyard. Depending on the season the large, sixty-year-old apple tree will decorate the landscape with white blossoms, an abundance of red and green apples or brilliantly blazing autumn leaves. You may even catch a glimpse of the deer that come to play and graze.
Sweet dreams await you in the comfortable king-size bed, which is flanked on either side by a nightstand and lamp. A six-drawer dresser and hanging rod allow you to unpack and stay for a while.
One step up puts you in the large private bathroom. Here you will find a six-foot-long, extra-deep soaking tub. Carefully chosen bamboo lemongrass bath amenities from the Lather company are included. There is also a sink with vanity and an antique dresser, which provides plenty of counter and storage space. No need to pack your hair dryer because one is supplied.
For those chilly autumn and winter evenings, there is a comfortable settee in front of a large gas fireplace. Just turn the timer knob for instant flames and ambiance.
Just outside the door to your room, on the third-floor landing, is a small sitting area furnished with two Queen Anne’s chairs, side table and shelves of books waiting to be read.
“Summer” (King Suite #10) can accommodate up to two guests. If needed there is additional space for a Pack and Play or toddler bed to be placed in the room as well.
