The Autumn King Suite
King Suite 6 – “Autumn” has space to make yourself at home during your vacation or weekend getaway in the Poconos. This suite is located on the second floor of Mountaintop Lodge at Lake Naomi. In the sitting room you will find a wing chair in case you want to read, a desk with ample workspace in case you have work that needs to be done and a large sofa for relaxing and watching the flat-screen television with DVD player. Your luggage and belongings can be easily stored away in the closet or five drawer dresser. When bedtime rolls around the sofa unfolds into a queen-size bed for additional sleep space.
Also in this room you will find a mini refrigerator for your snacks and beverages just in case those midnight munchies kick in.
The bedroom features hardwood floors and a comfortable king-size bed with a storage headboard. A small nightstand tucked into the corner gives you a place to store things, and the flat-screen television allows you to watch your favorite shows. A door separates the bedroom from the sitting room.
Through the bedroom is the bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. Thick Turkish cotton towels and carefully chosen bath amenities complete the space.
Windows in each of the three spaces offer views overlooking the backyard and the sixty-year-old apple tree. One of the quirks of being an older home is that no air conditioning vents were put in, but no worries, window air conditioners are placed in both the sitting room and the bedroom during the warmer summer months, so that you have control over the temperature.
“Autumn” (King Suite #6) can accommodate up to four guests. Room rates are based on two guests, additional guests over the age of five are $25.00 per evening. If needed, a pack and play is available for this room upon request.
